Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween everyone :) I made this box for my son and filled it with Air Heads and Swedish Fish. Just a little something for him because he's 20 but I still wanted to treat him :)
I watched Angie's video over at I love her videos. I have made quite a few things just by watching her. Isn't this box so cute?

I just wanted to wish you all a Happy Halloween. Be Safe :)

Hi Everyone,

I am having a little giveaway on my blog today because I am so thankful for the 126 followers that I have. When I decided to start a blog, it was just to post my creations (when I have time). I never would have thought that I would get followers and be a Design Team member on two (2) blogs: She's a Sassy Lady and the Bugbytes :) which I am so honored. Thank you Sheila and Pam :) My only regret is that I don't post as often as I should or wish I could. I know like all of you, we are busy, but I know that I have to make more time for ME. It's not being selfish either. You know we all do for everyone else, but when it comes to US, we are always put on the back burner, by our own doing. :(

Anyway, if you would like to win my Thankful Giveaway, just post 5 things that you are Thankful for and I will use to pick the winner on Friday.

1. I am thankful that I believe in God.
2. I am thankful for waking up each day.
3. I am thankful for my family and friends, which includes my blogger friends :)
4. I am thankful for my health and my job.
5. I am thankful that I have a roof over my head, food to eat, a car to drive.

I could list 100+ things that I am thankful for :) I am just so blessed, even though I live pay check to pay check, I am just so thankful for everything.

Thank you all for stopping by, it is much appreciated :)

Happy Fright Night

Hi to all you crafters out there :) Lisa from Lisa's Craft Room here to share my project for the month of October here on my blog and over at She's A Sassy Lady. Thank you Sheila :) Hope you are doing well. Know that you are being thought of :)

I decided to make a Halloween tag with this adorable die called Girls' Night Out from Emma. Isn't it so cute? Love it, and the hanger cracks me up. First I used my Cuttlebug to cut out a tag using the Tag Dies also from Emma, on purple card stock, then I cut out just the bottom portion to make a layer. That card stock is from Graphic 45 called Halloween in Wonderland. The sentiment is also from Emma's line called Fright Night.

I stamped the spider on the dress and the bat on the tag and added black diamond stickles. I used glass glitter on the side. I added a little ribbon and my favorite part is the black tulle that I glued to the bottom of the dress. I think this tag came out adorable.

Thank you all for stopping by and I will see you again soon. I just might give you a sneak peak of my Christmas Tags :) Have a wonderful weekend.

High School Graduation 2011

Hi Everyone,

Lisa from Lisa's Craft Room here to share my project. Thank you Miss Pam for having me :)
Well, my son graduated in June of 2011 from High School and I am just starting to get the pictures scrapped. I did get a few pages done but I need to concentrate on making his album complete. Most of his school years are done but his high school album consists of a contest he was in and came in First Runner Up, his Prom and Graduation. I thought that I would post two of them for my project today. I keep promising myself that I will do a page or two a night but that never happens, but it will soon. Winter is creeping up on us so that will be a great time to get ahead. :)

I used card stock from a High School stack, Jolee's stickers, some ribbons and other stickers. I cut out a piece from another copy of his ceremony book and inked it up and placed that on the page.
Scrapbooking is still my passion and I am so happy that I found this hobby. Sorry my post isn't that descriptive. I want to thank you for stopping by and thank you Pam for allowing me to be on the Design Team. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. I am thankful because I have Monday off :)
