Hi My Friends,
I am so thrilled to have received my gift card die that I ordered from Emma at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ This came in so handy to make this for a friend so that I could put her gift card in it. I absolutely love it. She loves the saying Live Well, Love Much, Laugh Often so I wanted to incorporate that in the card but I just wrote Live, Love, Laugh on circles that I punched out. I used patterned paper to cover the base, added ribbon and tied the circles to twine. I also used my crop a dile to punch holes to tie the twine so that the circles would hang. I didn't like them flopping all over the place so I just used dimensionals to stick them down with.
I can't wait to make so much more of these gift card holders. You can also just cut the top off and use it as a border. Emma has some projects showing that.
Thanks for stopping by again. See you soon.

Hi my Blogger friends. Hope everyone is doing well. It's Lisa from Lisa's Craft Room with my project for this month. Thank you Sheila for having me again :)
I decided that because Halloween, Thanksgiving (Fall) and Christmas are coming soon, (YIKES) I would make a coaster for each holiday. I got these from Paper Trey Ink.
Here is what they look like before. They are a pretty ivory color.
I traced each coaster onto patterned cardstock, cut them out and used Modge Podge to glue the cardstock onto each side of the coaster. On the Halloween coaster, the flowers are dies from Paper Trey Ink, after they were cut out, I crinkled them up, inked the edges and sprayed them with Glimmer Mist, then added a button. The plastic spider is from my stash. The web at the bottom is a piece of ribbon. The sentiment and witch's hat are from Emma's http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ stamp line. I used stickles on the witch's hat. I also used the drippy goo punch from Martha Stewart.
On the Thanksgiving coaster, I adhered silk leaves and used stickles for the veins. I cut out an additional pumpkin and popped it up over the existing one. I also cut out Happy and popped it up with pop dots. I guess this one is more Fall than Thanksgiving :)
On the Christmas coaster, I glued down mini pom poms, the oh so cute scallop and stitched circle die, the sentiment and the tree are from Emma's http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ stamp line. I used stickles on the tree and colored Santa's coat. I inked the edges of the scallop and adhered the stitched circle on top. I also used the icicle punch from Martha Stewart.
Here are the backs of each coaster.
Here they are together.
I hope you enjoyed my project today. Thank you for stopping by. I appreciate your visits. ;)

How is everyone doing? I've been wanting to pop on for quite a while and let you all know that everything is fine (Audrey, thank you so much for asking ;) I have picked up a second job, part-time and am very tired. The extra money is nice but boy, I'm not used to working another job so it has taken a little toll on me mentally and physically. WHEW :) I know that I will get used to it. I'm sorry I haven't posted anything since my last post. I do have things planned and my design for my next post for She's a Sassy Lady. I also have quite a few pictures that I need to have printed out to complete my son's scrapbooks. That will be a nice winter project. I'll definitely get caught up then. Anyway, I have been seeing what all of you have been designing and I have been commenting as much as I can. I will try to get on the ball and post more often ;) I appreciate all of my followers, it means the world to me. Thank you.
