Halloween Tag Swap

Hi Everyone, I hope you are all having a wonderful week. I have been working on a Halloween Tag Swap. I made 3" tags from the Don Juan cartridge. I inked around the tag with black ink. I cut out the cute ghost and the fence from the Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge. I used dimensionals for the ghost. The brown cardstock is from a paper pack from AC Moore, the Designer cardstock is from DCWV, it's called Midnight Spell, which was on sale at Joanns. I did some doodling on the tag and fence with a white gel pen, I used the Everyday Character Faces - PK-490 from PKS for the ghost, I also chalked the cheeks and used a red Stampin Up marker for the mouth. I put black eyelets in the holes of the tags and tied some jute to them.

Thank you for stopping by. See you soon ;)

Throwback Thursday Challenge - Episode 93

Hi Everyone,

I am just loving these throwback Thursday Challenges with Emma from My Creative Time. This was great because we got to chose which oldie cartridge we wanted to use. I decided to use Pooh and Friends. WOW, this took me a long time to make because I welded the characters to the card and then had to cut out all the characters and their parts and hats. I love how it came out though.

For the base of the card I used Kraft cardstock from Paper Trey Ink, the black and purple hat cardstock is from Graphic 45, Halloween in Wonderland. The Happy Halloween is from the Don Juan cartridge, I welded it. That cartridge is awesome for welding, did some doodling and tied a black bow, I used stickles on each of the characters hats. Thank you for looking. See you soon.

Halloween Bag and Note Cards

Hi Everyone, it's Lisa from Lisa's Craft Room. Well, it's that time again, my turn as Designer for She's a Sassy Lady. I must say that I have had a major creative block. I tried a few different things and to me nothing was working out. My mother told me there would be days like these :) So, I finally decided to make a bag and notecards to match.

The Bag is from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More. I made the bag on the Gypsy so I could add a pumpkin cut out for a window. The width is 10.97 and the height is 5.59.

The orange paper is Orange Zest from Paper Trey Ink. I added this cute candy corn paper from a paper pack from Cloud 9 Design. The stamps are from Peachy Keen stamps - sets PK-631 Halloween Minis and PK-632 Halloween Sweet Folks.

I tied a piece of raffia to the hole in the bag and used glue dots to adhere a piece of plastic on the inside.

The notecards are 3 x 6, folded they are 3 x 3. I put them in the bag, then decided to see what candy corn would look like.

Here are the notecards, I inked the edges with brown ink and did a little doodling with an orange marker. I also punched out circles from a scrap of the candy corn paper just to match the bag. I colored in all the cute little images with Stampin Up markers.

Thanks for visiting me today. Thanks Sheila for having me. ;)

Happy Birthday to

Hi Everyone, did you know it is Sheila's (She's a Sassy Lady) birthday today?      Happy Birthday Sheila :)
This one is for you.

I hope you have a wonderful day. You will be getting something in the mail from me along with this card. I wanted to post it to show that I jumped in and made a window card. I think it came out pretty good. What do you think? I had a little hard time figuring out which cartridges have actual frames and not objects, such as a circle, square, etc., but I'm going to keep practicing. I used Beyond Birthdays for the Happy Birthday and the little flower pot. The frame is from Disney Pooh and Friends. The base of the card was cut out on the purple cardstock, then I cut out the Happy Birthday and the flower pot again with the patterened paper and overlayed it. I added a strip of the patterned paper to the side along with a little bow. I added some stickles to the flowers and adhered a piece of white cardstock to cover the inside window. I think I am going to practice with the Wild Card cartridge, since I know that one has frames. I hope I have made you proud since you are the teacher and I am the student. :) LOL                      Have a wonderful day. I hope you get lots of presents. :)

Peachy Keen Sketch Challenge 36

Hi Everyone, Peachy Keen Stamps is having another challenge. At first I thought these colors would be hard but when I started putting my card together, it wasn't to bad.

Here are the colors and the sketch.

This is what I came up with.

I used Paper Trey Ink cardstock for the Melon and Daffodil, the Cobalt paper is from AC Moore, the pumpkin paper is from Cloud 9 Design. I used the dots cuttlebug folder for the top and an EK Success punch. I cut three different sizes of a square from George and Basic Shapes, distressed them and layered them on top of each other, then I added the cute pumpkin from PK-632 Halloween Sweet Folks with dimensionals. I cut the little pumpkins and glued them to his hands. I used jute to tie around the base and also made a bow and put an orange button with a glue dot. I also did some doodling. I think it ended up coming out cute.

Thank you for looking. :)

Nikkity Knack Cat Gang - Tri-Fold Card

Hi My Friends,

Here is another Halloween card using these adorable PKS stamps. The black base paper of the card is from Stampin Up, the green paper is a stack I bought from AC Moore. I stamped the images then cut them out. I used Glossy Accents on the Bat and Cat and Black Diamond stickles on the little spider. I used the Haunted Halloween cuttlebug folder and doodled with my white gel pen.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a wonderful week. See you soon.

Ghost Tri-Fold Card

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are having a wonderful holiday weekend. I'm so glad that I was able to do some crafting. I made this cute card using Nikkity Knack Cat Gang, Peachy Keen Stamp set - PK630. This set is so cute. I used the Pumpkin Harvest cuttlebug folder and did some doodling with the black Stampin Up marker. I gave the ghost rosy cheeks with a brush I got from PKS. I added a shadow around the ghost with the C1 Cool Gray Copic Marker. The paper used for the base of the card is Kraft from Paper Trey Ink. I think the orange cardstock is from AC Moore. I also sponged light blue around the white cardstock. Thanks for looking.

Pumpkin Tri-Fold Card

Hi Everyone,

WOW sorry I haven't posted anything in a while, I have been so busy getting my son ready for school, you know, clothes shopping and all that fun stuff. He started August 31st. Also, I have been trying to catch up on housework, it has been way to hot to do anything.
Well, let me start off by saying that I love the Peachy Keen stamps, they are so adorable. They just came out with a new stamp set for Halloween. They are the cutest stamps, even the names are cute. Kathy and Dave do such a marvelous job. Thank you to them ;) The names of the stamp sets are Nikkity Knack Cat Gang which is PK-630, Halloween Minis which is PK-631 and Halloween Sweet Folks which is PK-632.
Here is the first card I made using these adorable sets.

I used Halloween Sweet Folks for the Pumpkin, I used the Boo cuttlebug folder and some ribbon. I did some doodling with a black Stampin Up marker and a white gel pen. I also used a couple of orange eyelets. The orange paper for the base of the card is Orange Zest from Paper Trey Ink and the black paper is from Stampin Up. I think this card came out so cute. Thanks for stopping by to visit me :)
